The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast spread was great, with a wide variety of options including fruits, breads, and meats. The staff was helpful and friendly, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the bar and pool, were well-maintained and added to our enjoyment.

The location of the hotel was fine by us, as it was not so close to the city center but still in advance in the metro station. The room was spacious and comfortable with air conditioning and a mini bar. The breakfasts were excellent with a huge and varied buffet. The staff were all very helpful and chatty which made our stay pleasant.

Charming residential hotel with excellent breakfast. Carpeted rooms are spacious and preferred over newly renovated ones. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Great location near metro, tram, market, and shopping center. Reasonable price and polite reception. Excellent room service. Smiling, positive, and helpful staff.

For the price we paid, we got great value! The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for our family. The hotel's location was convenient, with a metro station and tram stops nearby for easy access to the city center.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for us, situated in a peaceful area just a short walk from the metro station. It was great to be outside of the city center, away from all the hustle and bustle. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the O2 Arena and a large shopping center. The staff provided exceptional customer service from the moment we arrived. They were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful garden view. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary comforts, such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities. Additionally, we were impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail provided by the housekeeping staff.
